SPR# APAR98GF3Q - This fix allows user to specify a server where the help file exists so that users of the Notes Browser Plug-in can use F1 to display help. This is necessary becuase there is no local help available with the Notes Browser Plug-in kit. To enable, user can add "PreferredHelpServer=<servername where help file exists>" to their notes.ini.
